Valencia City in Spain is famous for many tourist attractions and one such popular tourist destination is “The city of Arts and Science. According to some statistics, this is the most visited place in Valencia in the recent years.

The transportation is very good in Valencia and you can get to the complex through the bus route from the Town Centre or even by walk. This complex is located near to the Beach and Port of Valencia.

The design and architect of the building is extra-ordinary and beautiful and it was designed by the famous international architect Santiago Calatrava who is famous for designing buildings in the other countries of the world too.

The City of Arts and Sciences has many interesting things to watch like L’Hemisferic which is also known as “The Eye”. This attraction was inaugurated in 1998 for the public and it is located on a big pond of rectangular shape and it contains million of gallons of water. You will find an IMAX cinema in the pupil of this eye, Laserium and one planetarium in which you can go for virtual tour to space.

Valencia Aquarium is one more famous attraction in The City of Arts and Science and this is the biggest aquarium in the Europe which also contains millions of gallons of water with variety of species of marine life.

Palau de Les Arts is the name of Opera House which is recently constructed in this complex and this has added variety for the number of attractions for the visitors. This opera house contains the best and latest technology with auditoriums which are open-air and used for the theater, concerts and opera.

The famous Science Museum is another interesting attraction of the complex which has three floors and it is used for many research works. This museum contains a lot of information for the visitors and you will enjoy learning with fun. This museum also hosts many exhibitions.

Shaded Walk Path is another place of interest in this complex as you can relax yourself here while enjoying the Mediterranean Sea sites. There is a big parking as well under this covered walkway.

Once you will come out of this complex, you will find many restaurants and hotels located near the location villa piscine. There is a famous shopping centre as well called El Saler and this shopping area has number of shops, bars and restaurants.
